Introductions…

This is the Lifeshapes blog, hoping, not only to promote our furniture but also to tell you about the trends we love and interiors we love even more. I’m Atlanta and I’ll be the one writing the blog for the designer himself, Andrew. In the next few months Andrew will begin to design his second collection of furniture, aiming to be bold, exciting and most importantly memorable. If I can I’ll be snapping some pictures from the drawing board and some sneak previews for the anticipated range!

Lifeshapes – Contemporary metal furniture design

Lifeshapes are excited to announce the launch of their first eclectic range of architectural, contemporary metal furniture for the home or commercial use.

The owner and designer, Andrew Tsiaoukkas, came into the steel fabrication business some 21 years ago supplying a range of metalwork solutions to the London community.

Andrew focuses on creating quality original furniture shapes that resonate life.

Using both lines and curves to combine abstract with elegance, Andrew is stimulated by a ‘complete look and feel’ that sets a mood and ambience and enhances the environment. The metal is finished in such a way as not to hide it’s rawness but simply compliment the durable material it stands for (available in a range of different effects).

The upholstery again has been dually considered with care in order to keep the focus on the appeal of the metal designs but at the same time offering a complimentary finish using a range of sumptuous fabrics.
